How does the design process work? (how do I put my own text on the card?)
Shortly after your purchase we will send out an automated email with your access link to your Designstudio. If you click on the orange button 'Fill Out The Form' you get to the prepared form, where you can easily fill in your own text for the card.

How do I give my approval to print/production?
Please click on the the green button 'Approve'. Which will appear, as soon as there is a preview available.

How do I submit changes?
Please click on the orange button 'Change Requests' and type in your adjustments or submit attachments. The button will appear, as soon as there is a preview available.

How fast do I receive a preview of my card?
You will receive your first preview within 1 working day. The preview will be placed at the Designstudio. You will also get an email notification, as soon as the preview is available.

What is possible to change/adjust on the cards?
On every cards layout there is a picture with coloured text, of what is changeable.

Is it possible to use a birthday invitation card as an invitation card for a wedding (or other occasion)?
Yes, that's possible. There are no rules or limits for the use of the cards – you just have to think of your own text.

What happens, if my text is too long (how many characters do fit in one field)?
There is no limit of characters. Our graphic designers will adapt your text, so everything is in place and looks good. The longer the text, the smaller it will get and can be difficult to read. If the text is really too long we will let you know. Please be aware, that the adaptation of the text is not always working. For example on the laptop invitation card, here we do have an optical limitation (the keys on the keyboard are limited).

Can I skip or leave one or more fields empty?
Yes, that's possible. The only required field on our cards are the images.

Is it possible to leave the card blank, without any content? How does it work?
Yes, that's possible. Please write a short email to after your order, to let us know that you wish to receive your cards blank.

Is it possible to change the font?
Yes it is possible to change the font. Please let us know your desired font in the 'Comment (optional)' field. Please be aware that because of licensing reasons not every font is possible to use.

Is it possible to print a QR Code on an invitation?
Yes, that's possible. You can submit the QR Code through the 'Make Changes' - button or sent in a separate email.

Is it possible to put two different contents on the invitations with one order?
Yes, if it's just a minimal variance. Please fill out the form with one content and write in the 'Comment (optional)' field, e. g.: 'Please 20 cards with 6.00 pm and the other 30 cards with 8.00 pm.' If the text does have a greater variance, you would have to make a second/separate order.

Is it possible to put two (or more) names on the invitation card?
Yes, of course. Therefore we need a file list with all the names, the list should be provided like this:

James Smith
Lisa and Mike
Family Jones

Please note the following:
Put each name or the desired content in one row. Please don't use any comma or numbers, if you don't want them to be printed.

You can submit the list as a file by using the 'Make Changes' - button or sending an email to zukommen lassen.

What needs to be considered by submitting a picture?
To ensure an optimal print please choose a sharp image with a high resolution. If there are more people in the picture and only one person should be on the card, please write us which image detail/section you want to have by using our 'Comment (optional)' field.

Do the cards look the same in reality like they do in the preview?
Because of different screen settings, there can be colour differences between the preview and the actual cards. The size of the preview does not equal the size of the cards. Please note the information on the product description.

How does the ordering process work?
Please choose a design, select the right amount and add it to your Cart. From your Cart you get to the Checkout. There you fill out all your personal information and click on 'Place Order'.

How fast do I receive the link to fill out the form?
Our email system will send out the link within minutes after you submitted your order. Normally this should not take longer than 5 minutes – but in some cases it can take up to max. 60 minutes – please also check your spam/junk folder.

I didn't receive the link to the form. What should I do?

If you haven't received the email with the link within 60 minutes (please also check your spam/junk folder), please contact us and we will resend the email manually.

Do I have to pay first before receiving the link to fill out the form?
It depends on your payment method. You will only receive the link when the ordering process has been completed.

Whats the perfect size of envelopes for the cards?

Please check the description and the size of each cards, for example:

  • Invitation cards DL (210 x 99 mm) with envelopes DL (220 x 110 mm)
  • Invitation cards A6 (148 x 105 mm) with envelopes C6 (162 x 114 mm)
  • Invitation cards Square (148 x 148 mm) with envelopes Square (155 x 155 mm)

Can I get a sample card?
Please contact us directly with your shipping adress and the information which card you want, if you want a sample card with our sample texts.

How do I use a Discount Codes?
Just enter your coupon code in your Cart in the field "Discount Codes" and click "Apply Code". The Discount will be shown in the calculation for the Grand Total.
